By using dockplusai.com or our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Our services

DockPlus AI provides AI front-desk tools, follow-up automation, CRM setup, websites and related consulting for contractors and small businesses. The scope, price and conditions of each project are defined in a written proposal or agreement between you and DockPlus AI, which prevails over these terms where they differ.

3. SMS terms

When you opt in to receive text messages from DockPlus AI, you agree to receive messages about your inquiry, appointments, estimates and the services you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Website chat

Our website chat is answered by an AI assistant. Its answers are general information about our services, not a quote, contract or professional advice. Our team confirms prices and scope in writing.

5. Use of the site

  • Do not try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
  • Do not submit false information or information about other people without their permission.

6. Results

We work to improve how you capture and follow up on leads, but we do not guarantee specific results, such as a number of leads, bookings, rankings or revenue.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, images, code and the DockPlus AI name and logo, belongs to DockPlus AI or its licensors. Ownership of work we deliver for a client is defined in that client's agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, DockPlus AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
